Motovudu - Dark Art of Performance - Simon Crafar - Books - Hardback

Simon Crafar, the former 500cc Motorcycle Grand Prix Winner and World Superbike racer, is excited to announce his On Circuit instructional book - Motovudu, the dark art of performance.

From his years of racing in different world championships and lately, his involvement with one to one tuition on track, teaching both private individuals and professional racers, Simon is uniquely placed to pass on the knowledge that he learned the hard way and improve the riding and safety of all involved.

Simon has decided to put his knowledge into a book series which caters to all levels of track day racers, from those about to embark on their first event to seasoned racers.

Available in collector's hard cover edition packages, the book covers the essential techniques, tips and tricks learnt by Simon throughout his extensive career which culminated with a win at the British 500cc Motorcycling Grand Prix in 1998. He really does know how the fast guys go fast. "The objective is to teach any rider how they can ride faster and keep it safe . . . the methodology isn't over complicated but effective with logical techniques."

"I have instructed many hundreds of people on circuit one-to-one and I get mad when I hear how much time and money some riders have spent doing particular training schools or reading books, etc, that obviously don't work. They come to me with some fundamental problems with their riding that make it limiting and dangerous to ride any faster. Of course, there is more than one way to achieve your goal, but you need to stay away from the techniques that cause unnecessary risks. I want to pass on the essential rules I learned the hard way that work at all levels and are not limiting."

Using the latest Suzuki GSXR range to demonstrate his circuit riding techniques and filmed at the stunning Moto GP Circuit Motorland Aragon in Spain, it has a cool and stylish feel, includes high energy, fast action shots and some amazing slow motion camera work - even those not interested in track riding will appreciate the atmosphere it creates.

NOTE: Hard-copy books are signed by Simon Crafar - DVD was sold separately (we have sold out)
